The Grievance Redressal Cell of Raniganj Girls’ College was constituted withthe aim to address and redress any type of grievances or complaints faced bythe stakeholders pertaining to academicor administrativematters of theinstitution. The Grievance Redressal Cell is also empowered to look intomatters related to harassment of any type.
Method of Functioning
The person with a genuinegrievance may approach the Grievance Redressal Cellin person, lodge a complaint in writing, send email to the college or drop acomplaint in the Complaint Box in case one wants to maintain anonymity.Onreceiving a complaint, the Cell impartiallyand fairly judges the merit of thecomplaint so lodged and takes action accordingly.
